This panel, at the top left, contains a list of the tables and graphs present on each spreadsheet. Sheets allow you to organize information into groups of related items (e.g. 2008 data and 2009 data). Drag the Sheets resize control located at the top right of the Sheets panel, left or right to make the panel larger or smaller.
Located at the top of the window, the toolbar gives you one-click access to the tools you use most commonly. Use it to quickly add a sheet, table, text box, multimedia document and other objects.
Located below the toolbar, the format bar provides quick access to tools for editing a selected item.
Located below the format bar, the formula bar allows you to create and edit formulas and other cell contents of a selected table.
Drawing area of the sheet
The main part of the window, the sheet drawing area, shows the objects of a selected sheet. You can drag tables, charts and other objects onto the drawing area of the sheet to rearrange them.
Located under the Sheets panel, the Styles panel contains a list of predefined table styles for the model you are using. Select a table, then click a table style to instantly change the appearance of the table. Drag the Styles resize control, located at the top right of the Styles panel, up or down to zoom in or out on the panel.
Instant calculation results
Under the Styles panel, an area is available that displays the results of calculations relating to the values of the cells of the selected table.
