The release of HP devices with built-in PDF technology is expected by spring 2002. Adobe then announced that Hewlett Packard has joined, as a partner member, the initiative "CIP4", an international structure aimed at promoting computer integration. based on all processes related to the graphic arts sector. CIP4 currently operates in the context of the evolution of the Job Definition Format (JDF) specifications, which allows users to manage the entire work cycle with practically any existing system.
