Unfortunately the Samsung's India business suffered a severe blow when, due to the spread of the coronavirus, the Indian government also had to decree the lockdown. Some restrictions have eased recently in India and the South Korean giant has resumed its activities. However, it seems that Samsung hasn't completely stopped but has continued to plan two new smartphones: Galaxy M51 and the Galaxy M31s. These two devices with model numbers SM-M515F and SM-M317F will expand the Galaxy M series and apparently will arrive first in the Indian market.
Galaxy M51 and M31s in development
This is not the first time we have heard of Galaxy M51. A couple of months ago the 360 degree renders of this phone were leaked online but the legitimacy had seemed dubious, in particular because they showed the device with two sets of volume rockers. Furthermore, at the time we still did not know if the device would have been a Galaxy M51 or a Galaxy M41 now, however, we can confirm that it will be M51.
This makes sense: the M51 will likely be a Galaxy A51 renamed with some hardware changes and design (like a huge battery), just like last year's Galaxy M30 shared many of its features with the Galaxy A50. What we can deduce from the renderings emerged the presence of one triple rear camera with LED flash inserted in a rectangular form and a sensor Fingerprints always on the back side.
Unfortunately, at the moment we have no information on the technical data sheets of the Galaxy M51 or Galaxy M31s. Everything we've been told that I'm in development with 128 GB of storage space, although a 64GB variant may be introduced later, particularly for the Galaxy M31s. M31S it could be an updated version of the Galaxy M31 which arrived on the Italian market only a few days ago.
