Apple will hold the annual WWDC20 conference starting June 22

In March, Apple said that its annual developer conference, or the Worldwide Developers Conference, would be held virtually, without the traditional event organized by the Cupertino house. Yesterday Apple through a press release announced that WWDC20 it will start on June 22nd and will last for a week. WWDC20

“WWDC20 will be our largest annual conference ever since we will gather, Fr.for a week in June, developers from all over the world, to make the future of Apple platforms known. "With these words Phil Schiller, Apple's Vice President of Worldwide Marketing announced the Annual conference and described it as the event where Apple will share with the global developer community all the news he worked on this year to help them create even more incredible apps and services.

The WWDC20 will be online due to the COVID-19 pandemic and, for the first time, it will be free for developers. The event will come streamed live through the app and the Apple developer website. This will be the 31st edition of WWDC and will be an opportunity for millions of developers, creative and innovative from all over the world who will have early access to upcoming iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS systems. Developers are encouraged to download the Apple Developer app where further information on the WWDC20 program, such as session times, workshops and more, will be shared shortly.WWDC20

In addition to announcing the WWDC date, Apple has also announced the Swift Student Challenge which allows students to show their love for programming by creating their own Swift playground. Those interested in the Swift Student Challenge have until May 17th to submit their questions. The winners of the challenge will receive an exclusive WWDC20 jacket and pin set.
