Apple launches the new 13-inch MacBook Pro with Magic Keyboard

After launching the new iPad Pro and MacBook Air models in March of this year, the US company has now renewed the MacBook Pro range with a new 13-inch model. The new MacBook has replaced the problematic butterfly keyboard with the new "magic keyboard" with scissor mechanism and, even the "basic" model, has doubled the storage space.

The new MacBook Pro equipped with a backlit display 13.3-inch LED and offers a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a brightness level of 500 nits, support for the P3 color gamut and True Tone technology. All models of the latest MacBook Pro also include one Touch Bar as standard, a Touch ID fingerprint sensor but also a physical Escape (esc) key. It also has four connectors Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C and a headphone jack. Apple claims that the new processors in the 13-inch MacBook Pro are up to 2.8 times faster than previously offered.

The basic model powered by Intel Core i5 processor eighth generation and shows up with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space. However, Apple has also provided for other variants that feature the latest 10th generation Intel Core processors, which have up to 32 GB of RAM and 4 TB of storage space. According to what is described by the Cupertino house, the higher-end model boasts a 10th generation CPU for graphics performance up to 80% faster.

The new magic keyboard has normal inverted T-shaped arrow keys. After five years of problems and complaints from users about the butterfly keyboard, Apple has changed the keyboards of its entire range of laptops from butterfly switches in the past six months to those with scissors.
